Our Small and Minority Business Council serves as an advocate for small business members, with a focus on companies with 10 or fewer employees. It also energizes the chamber’s overall efforts to meet the needs of its diverse small-business community. The Business Education Partnership Committee invests in the future of the region through support of education initiatives. Two key initiatives are the Golden Apple Program and Project Connect. With member support, the Golden Apple Program gives perks and discounts to private and public school personnel in Southern Beaufort County. Project Connect links businesses, organizations and individuals with public school classrooms that are in need of items or services. The Government Affairs Committee provides a common meeting place for the exchange of ideas and to stimulate thinking on civic matters.  The goal is to inform, educate and facilitate.  The committee brings together community leaders, members and guests who share an interest in what happens in our region, county, state, and nation. The Bluffton Marketing Committee promotes the Bluffton region by developing marketing materials, and events to help bring visitors to the area. Contact Joy Sharp by email or call (843) 341-8390.

The Bluffton Regional Business Council works with members, citizens and elected officials to identify craft and implement a pro-business agenda that advances the economic future and protects the quality of life of the region. The committee hosts business luncheons that are held throughout the year focused on relevant topics to the Bluffton/Hardeeville area. The committee also hosts another event, Coffee Talk. The informal networking event is held at different locations throughout the year.
